  I tried YogaSix with the 3 class pass and loved it! At first I felt nervous about the heat but after the session my body felt recharged. I even slept better when trying the evening classes. The people at the front are so friendly too! Cannot wait to join as a member in April! ❤️

  Had such a great experience here! The variety of classes they offer makes it easy to find something that fits your schedule and skill level; whether you want a relaxing stretch or a more challenging workout. The studio was spotless and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, everyone there was incredibly welcoming and kind. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping you get the most out of your practice. Highly recommend!

  I give this studio 3 stars for a couple of reasons. The studio is great first and foremost and if you take a class with Bee, she will have you dying but you will leave the class feeling great! Michelle C., she is a good instructor but pauses in between each workout, which in other studios or instructors, they keep going from one exercise to the next which is what I am use to. Of course you can take a break but I feel like the more you move, the more energy it brings to the workouts. PLEASE ADD MORE SCULPT CLASSES IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON LIKE 5AM AND 7:30PM FOR THOSE THAT GO TO WORK FROM 8-5! PLEASE ADD BETTER HYPE MUSIC!!! I want to have a good workout while not listening to just Taylor Swift. Thank you!

  I just finished my 100th class at Yoga Six Rockwall and I would be remiss not to shout it from the rooftops — this is hands down THE BEST yoga studio in Rockwall! First (and this is huge for an introvert like me), the vibe is everything. It’s not just friendly — it’s genuinely welcoming and inclusive of all levels. From day one, whether you’re a member or just dropping in, you’re treated like family. That kind of energy makes walking through the doors feel easy and exciting. Second, the instructors are SO good. I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, and they are not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but also fun and motivating. Every class has a mix of experience levels, and everyone is encouraged exactly where they are in their journey. No pressure, just progress. Since joining in October, I’ve seen benefits that go way beyond the physical — for myself and so many others. And bonus: I’ve met amazing, like-minded friends along the way. If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, this is your sign. The studio, the people, the vibe… it’s awesome. So thankful for this place!
