  YogaSix Rockwall is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve been to in a long time. The classes are perfectly heated, challenging, and insanely energizing. The instructors push you while still making it feel approachable, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. I leave drenched, strong, and feeling amazing every single time. Officially addicted.

  I am a regular at YogaSix Rockwall. The main purpose I joined YogaSix is to help my muscles stretch, enhance flexibility, gain strength and to maintain my overall well-being. I also like the fact that I'm able to sweat it out without doing a lot of intense sequences. The instructors at YogaSix Rockwall are knowledgeable and skilled. They are all about encouraging and creating safe spaces with clear cues. They offer modifications so everyone is able to do the exercise blocks at our own pace and ability. I highly recommend YogaSix Rockwall!

  Very clean with friendly staff. I really enjoyed the Restorative yoga class and plan to try out another class or two… or more soon. The price for a first time class was great!

  I’ve been going here since they opened. I actually signed up many months before they opened taking a chance on the deal as I had never done yoga but was looking for a lower impact form of movement. I absolutely love it. It was been great for my body and even an injury I’d been nursing (bicep injury that is 90% improved just from yoga!). One thing I love that I didn’t realize I would care about is their use of lighting. It just helps get into the flow when used well. I also like that even the cool classes are 85-90°. This just helps the body relax so much. Another thing is that you have to sign up for classes. This helps me plan my week, and, because I go in the mornings, holds me accountable to attend since you get a $10 cancellation fee if you don’t cancel at least 8 hours before. I really like most of the instructors but have my faves. I try to go to a variety of classes each week. My faves are the signature, power flow, slow flow, and restore. I try to mix it up so I don’t get bored. Plus, it’s really been great for me to be forced to sort of mediate with the poses—especially during restore with Michelee. I also love Haley, Jessica, and Bee. I’d be even more excited if Deanna came back. Overall, I’m really happy here and am so glad I took the “risk” of signing up as a founding member all those months ago.
