He was able to run through all of the tests and diagnose my problem. I thought it was a bit pricey but if they do what they are supposed to then it will be worth it for me because I need to get back to normal.

I have been living with foot and ankle pain for a very long time and nothing seemed to help. I was resigned to a lifetime of pain. It doesn’t help that I work on a hard cement floor most days and put in over 23000 steps a day. But now I have hope because I was already feeling so much better just after 30 minutes with my new inserts. And with the help and assurance of the staff there I’m confident I’m on the right track to pain free days! Kary and Shannon were both awesome. I’ll recommend this store and staff yo everyone!

He has gone to the good feet store and was very pleased and I usually really value his recommendations. James was very knowledgeable, very thorough and very educated on the anatomic process of podiatry, hip pain, bilateral osteoarthritis and sciatica pain. Unfortunately, I was very shocked and so super disappointed with the price. I really did not know which direction to move in. In having a heart and trying to remain humble as a person and a Christian, my first thought was he has spent over an hour with me and I felt obligated to buy the product. When asking about just buying the shoes, I was given a very nominal cost of the Brooks would only be $135. I would like if in the future that you goal is to provide the greatest customer service possible, indicate a price points so that people are prepared. I have gotten knee gel injections for about the same cost which is a medical procedure. I decided to make the investment in hopes of a good return results. I spoke to my colleague about the price which was $2,200 and he felt as though that was maybe price gouging and he would have never recommended the service to me if he thought that would be the price. As an educator, I am on a very fixed monthly income. If you have the money and you want to make the investment, I would. If you have budget in mind without any maneuverability, I would suggest that you just go to your doctor. There was a high emphasis on "all sales are final" as well. Most products that is this large of an investment, has a money back guarantee based on the results of the product. Not the case that's a good feet store in Rockwall. I am able to pay my mortgage and my car note for $2,200. I'm disappointed but I am prayerful and hopeful. The customer service is amazing James was great. In hindsight, he was being a master salesperson. Response to owner: This is in response to the owners reply to me. My deepest concern with your response is that you said that the product is personalized. The product is not personalized, it is not custom fitted and it's not molded; it's one size fits all based on your need but it is not personalized. Furthermore, there's something desperately wrong with the word "limited" and "lifetime" warranty that is counterintuitive. You indicated that you are all ears; however, you left no contact information for me to send you follow-up feedback. I need no further clarification from you. I need you to be honest and forthright with customers that come in is search of a solution to help and make them feel better. By the time I realize that I had been manipulated by a master salesperson, I felt pressured to buy the product. I still do not understand the price point or the itemization of the price point. If the shoes are "only"$135, how much is each other item?
