Although I understand I wasn’t an existing customer, I was told this could not be done and was advised to wait for my optometrist, who was closed. Shortly after, I went to Walmart where the measurement was completed in under a minute at no cost. A small gesture of customer service could have made a big difference and potentially earned a future customer. Unfortunately, that opportunity was missed.
