- CJcris jjJan 11, 20222.0Dr. Mary Nguyen OD did a wonderful and thorough examinations (had to go back again to do an eye dilation) but the office staff is absolutely 💯 horrible and incapable with no follow through. After giving them the info, they didn't bother to get my eye info from previous dr even after 2 calls. When I arrived for my followup, they didn't even know why I was there. Then when I finally had the correct contact lens i left 2 messages, one and the other with an actual person, over a 6 day period and still no response! Called a 3rd time and finally got prescription emailed to me.
