  Lyon at the Roanoke location was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help take care of the issue I had. I would go back to this location just for his professionalism, kindness, knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Lyon!!! ❤️

  Outstanding Service at GNC – A Shoutout to Marcos ! I’m never one to leave reviews but I just had to. I had an excellent experience at GNC thanks to Marcos! From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being pushy. He really took the time to understand my fitness goals and recommended products that suited my needs rather than just trying to upsell me. What really stood out was his expertise. He explained the benefits of different protein powders and made sure I left with the right products and a solid understanding of how to use them. I’m usually one to shy away from people who try to upsell me but he was so welcoming and friendly. If you're shopping at GNC and need expert with a friendly and welcoming attitude, I highly recommend stopping by when Marcos is working.
