  Today I arrived at 11:28am for my 11:30am appointment. 4 PEOPLE ARE WAITING TO BE SEEN!!!!!! The waiting area is TINY!!!!!! If you dont like waiting in tiny crowded spaces I would not recommend. MY time is valuable!!!!When I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT I EXPECT TO BE SEEN ON TIME!!!!!!I WILL NEVER RETURN,EVER!

  Had to come on here and shout out Target Optical for an unexpectedly awesome experience. I didn’t even go in planning to buy anything—just stopped by—and Haseeb still treated me like a top customer. Without me even asking, he cleaned and adjusted my glasses and made them fit better than they have in months. No upselling, no pressure, just genuinely kind and thoughtful service. That kind of effort is rare. You can tell he actually cares about people, not just sales. It completely changed my day walking out of there with clearer vision and a better mood. Target Optical is lucky to have him—Haseeb is the definition of going above and beyond.

  Terrible service from Nathalie! She got my name, phone number, and email address wrong. She also did not let me know that the frames I chose was unavailable. So when I called and went to check if my glasses came in (did not get a text because she got my number wrong), only the lens came in. All the other employees were great in helping me fix this situation all because of the incompetence in service of Nathalie.
