  Historically, getting blood drawn has been an unpleasant experience - seemingly irritated phlebotomists who rush or are very curt, waiting beyond your appointment time, etc. But this location, and specifically Juanita, was very organized and friendly. She explained everything as she was making decisions on where to stick even to the size needle she would use, clearly explained how billing worked, and just generally made the experience as streamlined and pleasant as possible. I don’t typically leave reviews - good or bad - but had really been dreading this inconvenience and it turned out to be the opposite of what I was expecting. I wanted to make sure this location and Juanita were given the compliments they deserve!
