- CCCrystaVenice1 day ago2.0Terrible service from Nathalie! She got my name, phone number, and email address wrong. She also did not let me know that the frames I chose was unavailable. So when I called and went to check if my glasses came in (did not get a text because she got my number wrong), only the lens came in. All the other employees were great in helping me fix this situation all because of the incompetence in service of Nathalie.

She interrupted my explanation and requested me to bring the receipt to their store to get the refund 😅. So, why you guy saved the receipt to your computer/ your data for what? For fun????? Bad!!! Bad!!! BAD SERVICE … you guy dressed up nice, make up for look good but your attitude is not like what you look like 🤮
