It’s a totally different vibe Maria the manager is very nasty friendly - very unwelcoming but with a smile. Gary is hyper focused on my appearance although I have seen others wearing crocs. Overall I love the gym but the people who work at this one are horrible. I almost feel deterred from coming here because of them.

Luckily im 4 mins up the street so I’ll just go up there. After reading the reviews my hopes aren’t up and quite weary of the employees
- GLGinger LuxOct 20, 20251.0They have a new location by Wal-Mart where machines are already broken and they have no idea how to fix- the black spa new features with the cryo and heat massage was never working correctly and still is broken. A huge disappointment and some of the staff could care less what is broken- the new assistant manager especially- she’s young and rude and only got the job because she’s a relative- she has no problem solving skills- the short one with the pony tail. They have 3 bikes set up that are supposed to be virtual and only 1 is working- don’t believe the hype they tried to use to get new customers in the door. Same old machines when we were told it’s all gonna be new equipment- this is becoming a regular occurrence at this location- they don’t even offer a solution I’ve looked through the reviews and the good ones are all mostly Hispanic- we don’t all get treated the same- the good reviews are when Michelle was there and a trainer- they promoted her quickly- she was a gem. The girl with the ponytail- never modified with us older women like Michelle did. DONT GO TO THIS GYM OR GET A NEW MEMBERSHIP - you’ll be sorry - I’m dropping membership today- also they won’t given upper managements info so that u can talk to the owner- what are they hiding?
