How carelessly annoying and comical because now I have to get a new license a week before I’m traveling.

As I approached the window, the young lady in the picture was short and dismissive. When I inquired about the cost of my prescription, her only response was, “It’s very expensive.” I repeated my question about the amount, but she repeated the same line. I clarified that it was not a dollar amount. Subsequently, I requested a supervisor or manager, but she informed me that he was busy. I politely informed her that I would wait. However, she never informed him that I needed assistance and did not attempt to get a person of authority. Meanwhile, the second lady approached me, but she stopped her and ignored me. Furthermore, she turned her name tag around so that I would not write down either name. I stood there for 15 minutes without receiving any assistance from anyone. Finally, I managed to get the attention of the gentleman, and he provided me with the necessary assistance.
