- JRJohn RolniakMar 27, 20261.0Mohamed Osman's operation at Target is one of the absolute worst operations I have seen. Doctor is lying to us, the staff is rude and refuses to tell the truth. We were lied to several times about a contact order that appears to have never been placed. They dont answr the phone. When they do they hang up if they dont like the question you sre asking. Staff literally laughed at my wife for their mess up. This is pathetic, his whole practice is a joke. They could care less about their patients, just to make a dollar and be rude to everyone. Pathetic practice.
