  AWFUL! I have had numerous blood draws over the years. This was the WORST ! Do NOT use this location. Highly incompetent!!

  The female tech that attempted at my arm at first was absolutely horrible was extremely rude did NOT use sterile techniques . Before beginning she was touching all kinds of stuff her computer ,paper, the printer and even the vials with no clean hands did not even put hand sanitizer on before putting gloves on . When she went to clean the site she barely swiped over it and then proceeded to take the glove off one finger and start trying to find a vein with her dirty fingers and tried to insert the needle without even cleaning the site again absolutely horrible. The male tech that ended up doing my draw was amazing , super kind super gentle and used sterile technique

  Previously, I have had bad experiences with blood draws. Edna was professional, understanding and skillful in drawing my blood. I would highly recommend her. Convenient location and quick results too.

  Really unsanitary. Fruit flys flying around, unorganized, dusty. Not someone here you’d want to get blood drawn from!

  The employee involved was identified as Dru by his name tag and also by another employee, Nina. Nina was calm, professional, and helpful, and she worked to de-escalate the situation and care for patients appropriately. My complaint is specifically about Dru’s conduct, his escalation of the incident, and his threatened refusal of service after I asked why walk-in patients were being seen before appointment patients. I DO NOT recommend this location in any way. Dru’s actions are beyond unacceptable and should be investigated and addressed by corporate
