If you're waiting outside and it's your turn to go forward to the window I've noticed multiple times that the worker will scuttle away from the window and not return until you've pressed the call button. I know there are more things for a pharmacist to do than wait on customers but it's starting to feel like they want to see what they can get away with to not help the customer.
