I like Lex's training style. His gym is tiny, big enough to train one person at a time. This really lowers the intimidation factor for someone not feeling good about hauling their fat, untrained self into a gym full of beautiful people.

I recommend Lex very much.
Lex really went out of his way to accommodate my busy work/travel schedule. Also, he customized my workouts based on his years of experience and DEEP knowledge of fitness history. I like that he reads and researches specific methodologies and then actually thinks about how to correctly apply them to the person he’s training. Today we did something called PHA/ Periphrial Heart Action that dates back to the 50s and was later adopted by Bruce Lee. You won’t get that with your average bro trainer. It’s certainly an investment but worth every penny.
