I'm used to someone helping to find some frames that I might like based on what I advise them I'm looking for. Been over 10 BUSINESS days (were supposed to be ready in 7-10 days) and I've heard nothing. Trying to call but no one is answering the phone.
- WGWilson GonzalezNov 29, 20251.0I wish I had better things to say about my visit but it's hard to be positive when I had to deal with a condition for 6 months longer than I should of because it wasn't caught during my visit. I spent the entirety of my appointment being talked at about AI by the doctor and was sent on my way with a prescription in hand and a promise to come by later that week to pick up a trial run of contacts that I could use. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone, I stopped by and was told by the receptionist that there was no record of my appointment and I was not in their system. The only proof that I had been there, was the paper prescription I had. They took my information to get me in their system and to get the trial contacts in and told me they would reach out once they came in. Once again, I never heard back. Those two interactions were enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. It's only now that I started a new job with another eye insurance company that I had the ability to go to another office for a yearly check up that I was able to get matched with a doctor who focused on me as the patient and was able to diagnose me with Keratoconus and refer me to a specialist to get me on scleral lenses. Other reviews for this place seem positive and that may be their experience but the one thing I'm positive about is that I won't be returning to this practice of recommending it to anyone I know.
