  The pharmacy tech are really nice. They care enough to give great service all the time. They are patient with me and never fuss at me if I'm late picking up prescriptions. Much better than that evil CVS. The way they handled change of insurance was greatness. The lady pharmacist with blonde hair been helpful too. Nice job you all. 👏 extended review. Jennifer always takes time to encourage me as I have mental illness i admit. And makes me cry tears of joy that she cares about me. I'm never a number here. I'm a person who is respected and liked. My compliments that on Monday February 20,2023 they stayed open extra and polite the while it was past closing by a few min

  The pharmacist running the show is the worst! Incredibly rude, angry and unreasonable. She will talk down to you and will make you want to go write a post on Google Maps about how bad she is and bring up the pharmacy’s average customer reviews of 2.5 stars. And how I’m pretty sure other review posters have been bringing her up in negative reviews for months of not a year plus now. I wrote Kroger Customer Service and hope they finally take note.

  Very unhappy with the service at this pharmacy. Dropped off prescription on Tuesday. They said they didn't have in stock, so they would have it ready by Thursday. Went by Friday and it still wasn't ready. Claimed my doctor's directions of "take as needed" wasn't specific enough. No follow thru apparent in calling doctor. Said would try him on Monday. Ridiculous. Pharmacist, I don't think was being very truthful. Very common prescription, but I was not using their insurance. It's now 2 weeks later. Turns out the drug I need is on back order from their single supplier. They really wanted my doctor's ok for a lower dosage substitute which they had, which would have doubled my price. It is mind boggling that a pharmacy the size of Kroger runs out of medications and says I can wait or order it from the Walmart Pharmacy across the street who has it in stock. I would recommend avoiding this Pharmacy if you need a dependable pharmacist. Update- finally received prescription a month later after numerous inquiries.
