  I provided my dental insurance information over the phone prior to my appointment and clearly stated that I only wanted preventive care covered by my Dental PPO insurance. I was explicitly told by the nurse that this would be fine. At check-in, I double-checked with the receptionist to confirm there would be no additional costs and that no charges would be made without my approval. I was reassured, so I signed all required paperwork before seeing the dentist. In the exam room, before my blood pressure was taken, I once again clearly stated that I only wanted preventive care covered by my insurance. The exam nurse acknowledged and confirmed this again. For the record, I only had an exam. I did not receive a cleaning because the dentist refused to perform it due to cavities. I also declined their “special offer” for additional treatment. However, two weeks after my appointment, I received a call and an email from the office stating that I now have a balance due. This experience was very disappointing. Despite repeatedly confirming coverage and consent at every step, I was still billed afterward. This is not honest or transparent business practice.

  Clean , they know there work in perfect way, nice stuff, honest, reasonable in price I'm highly recommend to visit this clinic, you will feel very comfortable and satisfied

  Dental assistant Laura and Dr Chepyala were exceptional communicators about the entire process for my fillings and crown. They put me at ease by offering ample amount of information and let me ask any questions I had about what to expect during my visit. They also took care to ensure I was not hurt during my fillings and crown work and provided plenty of anesthesia, checking in with me throughout my visit. The receptionist also greeted me warmly and did an excellent job at explaining thoroughly all the paperwork I was signing which enabled me to rest assured I was getting care that I actually needed. As someone who normally dreads visiting the dentist, this visit was no sweat, no pain, no pressure or sales tactics and I look forward to visiting them again!

  As always, gentle touch is amazing. The staff is wonderful. The dentist is very knowledgeable and experienced and they take care of you.I love my smile.I highly recommend gentle touch and rincherson.Texas Dr.Anuritha Chepyala DDS is awesome?
