  Found this on ClassPass and went in for a sauna session. The cabins are so nice and I love that it’s fully private and has a shower in the cabin as well. Kyle, the owner, was there and was so great to talk to about all the other services they offer. The whole space is super relaxing and clean - loved it and will definitely be back!

  If I could give this place more stars, I most definitely would! My experience was nothing short of amazing!! The services offered & the customer service were top tier! I'm so glad I came across this gem. I will be adding this to my self care routine. 💜

  We love Altered States Wellness! This health spa is life! The red light therapy is amazing! I have been nursing a meniscus tear in my left knee and the red light therapy has been a game changer in reducing inflammation and de-stressing. I have also used their Fire & Ice service to assist with healing. The staff is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the services. Best spa in Dallas! Don't sleep on this one! Wellness is essential to health and this membership is essential to your longevity in a fast paced technology driven world.
