I’ve been a steady customer at this Savon Pharmacy for 4.5 years. ALL employees who have helped me have been competent, thorough and efficient. The pharmacists are eager to help, and are excellent At explaining side effects of the several medicines I take, And are always careful that none of them contraindicate each other. The Pharmacy techs Are willing to run prices on a variety of drug discount cards, So I always pay the least amount of money. They too are competent, patient and thorough. But the outstanding feature of this Pharmacy is the Genuine care that they show me, always smiling regardless of how busy they are. This Pharmacy is stellar! Thank you Pharmacy Staff❣️

I was very disappointed with the way my prescription was handled at this pharmacy. They gave my medication to my grandfather without my consent, just because we share the same address. This is a serious breach of patient privacy. Pharmacies are supposed to protect patient confidentiality and verify the identity of the person picking up the medication. I expected better safeguards from a reputable chain like Albertsons. I will be calling the pharmacy tomorrow when they open to discuss this situation directly Updated: I spoke with the pharmacy manager on the morning of July 6th. Unfortunately, the explanation I received was disappointing. They told me it was my responsibility to tell them in advance that no one else should be allowed to pick up my prescription. I do not agree with this, because I believe the pharmacy should always verify who is authorized before giving out someone’s medication. This does not match what the owner wrote here in their reply, which correctly said medications should only be given to authorized people, no matter if they live at the same address. Because of this problem, and because my private prescription information was given out without my permission, I have already submitted a formal complaint through the Albertsons “Contact Us” page and am waiting for their response.

I been this pharmacy almost two decades I would like to suggest pharmacy management please select good customer service associates . Really not happy customer treat one of your associates attitude looks like someone forced her to do her job . If customers tell her look up your system Then she rolls her eye 👁 that attitude we as customer do not accepted. I pay my medication your pharmacy didn't gave me free medication. Thank you .
