  As a current patient, all I can say is that I’m extremely grateful and thankful to Dr Salter and his team for their great work and support to ALL women in need of Hormone Therapy!!! He is such a wonderful and caring human being and a great doctor who changes women’s lives every single day! Very professional and supportive for all of his patients. He listens to every patient and treats them accordingly. I started my therapy with him since December of 2024, and I’m very happy and grateful for the treatment I’ve gotten so far! Love the whole team at Advanced OBGYN Associates, very professional and caring from the scheduling staff, the nurses, lab technicians and the wonderful doctors! Ten of ten⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’ve noticed that there are several concerns shared by others regarding Dr. Gupta’s bedside manner and impersonal interactions, and I have to say my experience has been similar. In my visits with her, she has come across as distant and not particularly communicative or empathetic. I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and have only had 3 appointments with her since January. Most of my prenatal care has been with the nurse practitioners, both of whom have been wonderful—professional, compassionate, and attentive. That said, I do believe there’s room for serious reflection and improvement in Dr. Gupta’s patient communication and approach. I sincerely hope that the feedback being shared by patients is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. As things currently stand, I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable continuing care at this office postpartum unless I saw meaningful changes in how patient interactions are handled—particularly by Dr. Gupta. Additionally, I’m quite surprised that I haven’t been introduced to any of the other doctors in the practice yet. Friends and family who’ve delivered elsewhere have consistently mentioned that it’s standard to meet multiple providers throughout pregnancy, since it’s not guaranteed that your primary doctor will be the one delivering. This has added to my concerns, especially with my due date approaching next month. It was also a bit concerning when I asked about meeting other doctors in the practice, and Dr. Gupta responded by saying, "We don't really operate that way here." While I understand that each practice has its own approach, it left me feeling a bit uncertain—especially after she mentioned that there’s no guarantee she’ll be the one to deliver my baby. At the same time, she felt confident in continuing my care weekly without further specialist involvement, which I found a little confusing given the circumstances of her being so uninvolved in my pregnancy to begin with. Your patients are people; they're not just another case number on a docket. Do better.

  Do not recommend this place at all. Went in for my new patient appt, to see Dr Gupta. I was waiting in the room ready for the doctor to come in when the NP Mahnaz comes in saying Dr Gupta had to run to the hospital and she was going to do my visit (totally understandable) however I didn’t get the option to reschedule to see the actual doctor, I was already on the bed with the gown on waiting. Then she proceeded to ask if I had any concern to which I started to talk about my past history and she just completely cut me off and just diagnosed me with PCOS (without doing anything , no labs no scans nothing) Then I had mention that I have been trying to conceive with no luck to then she proceeded to say stop trying you’re not going to get pregnant all you’re going to be is stressed. She then stated I don’t recommend IVF , people don’t get pregnant. Every time that I would try to talk she would cut me off to the point I had to say “can you let me talk” Then she proceeded to ask if I wanted to be tested for hiv, std etc (since I was doing my Papsmear) she then stated shes been married 30 years and she never knows what her husband is doing 24/7, (what happens in her personal life doesn’t mean it happens in mine, comment was unnecessary) so I do recommend getting checked. No follow up needed no labs needed everything that I talked about she didn’t seem to care about. She was in such a hurry like a was a bother to her. I left this clinic crying and so upset that nothing was accomplished , no help whatsoever. This was one of the worst experience visiting a doctors office I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time at this clinic, very hurtful.
