Clean office and some staff are kind, but do not come here if you want to be treated with respect or basic medical competence—especially if you’ve had care elsewhere.
I was told to come in right away after reporting bleeding in early pregnancy. When I arrived, the OBGYN seemed annoyed, folded her arms, and asked “Why are you here?” and “What do you want?” She talked me out of blood work, dismissed my concerns, made inaccurate statements (claimed pregnancy tests don’t work and that an ovary “closes” if you haven’t had children recently), and made me feel disregarded and belittled.
Highly do not recommend this provider for anyone going through loss or needing compassionate, evidence-based care.

My experience with Dr. Pappu office was extremely disappointing and, frankly, frightening.
At my first pregnancy visit, blood work showed a concern for possible hyperthyroidism, which was clearly documented in my chart with a note to recheck. That follow-up never happened. Throughout my pregnancy, I repeatedly had high blood pressure and protein in my urine, yet no appropriate action was taken. This ultimately progressed to preeclampsia, resulting in an urgent C-section at 35 weeks. I was later informed that uncontrolled thyroid issues can contribute to this outcome. The lack of follow-up and attention to a documented concern put both my baby and me at serious risk. Dr. Pappu left the practice the day after my C-section due to personal issues.
More recently, I came in for a painful cyst and waited over an hour and a half to be seen. When I finally was, the procedure was performed by a nurse practitioner who made four incisions and sent me home, stating antibiotics would be prescribed that day. They were not sent until the next day. I sought a second opinion from another OB, who stated that a catheter should have been placed, that the procedure was done incorrectly, and that it appeared to reflect a lack of knowledge or experience.
Between the extreme wait times, poor communication, and serious lack of attention to detail, I have lost all confidence in this practice. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone, especially during pregnancy when careful monitoring is critical.

EDIT: Dr. Gupta called me to apologize on behalf of the NP and offered anything to make it right. I still needed a proper check up so she did it the next day herself, with an ultrasound and bloodwork and made herself available for any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Gupta is a great provider and I would feel comfortable seeing her again.
I have never had such a horrifying medical interaction as I did here. I came here for my last pregnancy & delivery with Dr Pappu (amazing doctor, but no longer working here). Two years later, I came back for a suspected miscarriage. That’s what I told the person on the phone when I made the appointment and when I filled out 7 pages of paperwork at the office. The first thing the NP said to me when she walked in was “Congratulations”. I felt my heart drop. She kept talking about how far along I was until I stopped her and told her I miscarried and the appointment was to check levels. She just said “They didn’t tell me that.” She then went on to say my irregular periods will likely give me cancer and didn’t suggest anything to help my irregular periods. Then she said I probably was never pregnant anyways and that I can get bloodwork done from LabCorp if I wanted. The point of the appointment was to get bloodwork…. She then just left the room and the nurse gave me the requisition and said goodbye. What a waste of time and $78. Zero dignity.
