- ATAkanksha Tripathi1 day ago1.0On March 25th I went to my eye doctors appointment for me and my daughter. Since my daughter wanted contact lenses, Dr.Patel asked us if we were free on April 11, 9 am for a contact lenses training and we said we are free. On April 11, we call the front desk and the employee says that no appointment was scheduled and she even asked Dr.Patel if there was an appointment and she said no. The employee then booked us for the next Saturday at 9am! This is absolutely disappointing! Me and my daughter saw Dr.Patel with our own eyes book us for April 11!! I am very disappointed and will not be booking appointments anymore here because of the lack of trust and conformity!
