  Having a hard time scheduling. Website doesn't allow online for this location and the phone service doesn't even lists this location as an option. Really bad phone service.

  They staff was absolutely horrible. I took my 4 month old to get his blood drawn thinking this would be the ideal location given his age. Boy was I wrong. The phlebotomist pricked my son multiple times and was fishing in his arm to find a vein. My son was screaming! Finally the tech said she couldn't draw his blood -_- Do yourself a favor and go to another location that can actually do pediatric blood work.

  Loved this location! The hospital is super nice inside and the check in process is very efficient and transparent. ipad check in, screen lets you know you're live wait time, and there's an option to wait inside or in car. The lab tech was also amazing and had great bedside manner! I was super nervous because my 1 year old has never had her blood drawn and I didn't want them to have to pick her multiple times given she is so little. But the tech was super comforting, talked to me and baby girl the whole time, and was very transparent. My daughter had tiny veins and skinny arms so she gave us a warm pack to help enlarge the veins instead of trying to do it anyways. She got it on the first attempt afterwards and my daughter barely fussed. She's fussed much worse on vaccinations actually lol Super thankful there is an option for parents to feel comfortable knowing all this location does every day is children so they're skilled in dealing with littles:) thank you so much!

  This was my 4 year old's first blood draw. I was very hesitant about how it would go. Since they don't take appointments, we were walk in patients. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The phlebotomist who drew his blood was so kind. She explained how to hold him, told him what was happening as she did it, but not with too much notice to build anxiety. I'm so glad I tried them instead of a normal/adult lab for my child's blood draw. Highly recommend.
