Completely unorganized and staff has no regard for patients. My son (3yr) had an appointment at 10:10, checked in, and chose the “text” option for his turn to be called. I waited right outside the door because the waiting area was already full with many people standing. Which is why I chose the “text” option. They said they called my son’s name at 10:21 but never bothered to text me as I had chosen and staff never checked outside. I talked to staff at 10:36 as to my son’s position in line and was told my son was next. 4 people walked in front of me, only one of which had an appointment. I know this because we began talking about it to each other as we checked the Que for the next person in line. I finally walked out at 11:05 as it was obvious we had been forgotten and my son began to get restless after waiting an hour.

Booked an appointment and checked in 15 min early. As soon as I checked in they called my name. The lady who drew my blood was friendly, quick, and it honestly didn’t even hurt. I was in and out in 5 min. Best blood draw I’ve experienced as far as pain and efficiency goes.

Your website is horrible. It lists places that didn’t do the test. I made an appointment and sat at Care Now based on your website for 20 minutes only to find out they couldn’t do this test. Once I made an appointment it sent a link to check in and then stated “nothing else is needed” I sat waiting for 20+ minutes and finally asked. They said I had to check in at the kiosk. I tried explaining but no one wanted to listen. They said I wasn’t on the schedule because they can’t do employee drug test. I let them know it wasn’t an employee drug test. Thank goodness the lady actually let me do the drug test there.

I’ve visited this facility several times and, unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The service tends to feel unfriendly, and interactions with staff often come across as lacking warmth or attentiveness. I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service. Encouraging a more welcoming atmosphere and focusing on customer satisfaction could make a meaningful difference. Additionally, having more competition in this space might help drive improvements in service quality.

The waiting area was extremely small and overcrowded. There was no room for patients to sit, and some people had to stand outside the door into Walmart while waiting. The room is far too small for the number of people they are trying to accommodate.
The ventilation also seemed poor, which is concerning in a healthcare setting where sick patients are waiting close to each other. It felt crowded and uncomfortable.
In addition, when giving a sample you have to wait a long time, and there is no way to make an appointment in timely manner . The space is not well organized and does not feel like an appropriate setup for a medical office.
