I am so happy they brought a lensecrafters to prosper. Their selection of glasses is great. Hailey is also amazing. She gives honest feedback and really cares that you are happy and comfortable in your glasses. My glasses need a lot of adjustment to get them to not fall down my face. So many people adjust them so they push into your head…which just gives you a headache. She was able to make things curve just right to fit perfectly.
She was also SO patient with my husband who has no clue what he wants or how things should feel. Hailey is a true asset for this location.

Shoutout to Hailey at LensCrafters Prosper for going above and beyond!
I walked in late in the evening, almost at closing time, with a broken string on my glasses. I honestly wasn’t sure if they’d even be able to help me at that hour. Hailey didn’t hesitate for a second — she took care of it right away, fixed my glasses on the spot, and handed them back to me almost immediately.
I was not expecting that at all, and it truly made my day. That kind of customer service is hard to come by. Hailey is an absolute gem, and this store is lucky to have her.
Highly recommend LensCrafters Prosper — they clearly go the extra mile for their customers, even at the end of a long day!

We ordered one frame and when it arrived it was totally different than the one we had picked out! One of the lenses also wasn’t installed correctly. Was waiting for a few minutes at the store to pick up our order, and they started helping another customer who arrived after us.

• Horrible experience, don't go to this location. I went to this location because it was new and close. I ordered a pair of new glasses on a Monday, got word they were in late Thursday, went Friday morning to pick them up they were done incorrectly - the manager Michael was there (they were done for distance instead of close up) they had to be redone. Tuesday I called spoke to the assistant manager because Michael wasn't in, and was told that the glasses were never reordered. Extremely upset because I am using a pair of glasses from 4 years ago because the most current ones I had were broken and when asked to fix them when I was in there they could not. So the assistant manager stated she would order them and she sent me a receipt, I asked for a call from the manager she said she would have him call me back. She called me back and said they were going to give me $50.00, she ended up calling me later saying he wasn't coming in but she left a note for him to call me tomorrow. Fine I said.........now since the glasses only took 4 days to come in when they were incorrect I would expect them to come in quick when they made a mistake. I get a vm from the manager on Friday night at 6:40 saying he wanted to touch base about my experience. He was just now getting back to me from Tuesday. I called him Saturday morning and asked why he was just now returning my call, he stated it was the only time he had. Okay somehow I doubt LensCrafters in Prosper is that busy. lol Customer Service obviously is not a number one priority to him. I asked what his Regional Manager's name is so I could speak to him, his name is Mark O'Neil but of course no way to reach out to him. Just a joke. So I still do not have my glasses, its been two weeks and all he can say is opps sorry I made a mistake. The assistant manager in Prosper needs to be made manager she cares more about customer service than he does and maybe if she is promoted then maybe that store will do some good. This will be my last time going, first and last - back to Stonebriar I go.

I have already gone to the website you have below a few times. It’s useless.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
