- BGBrittney GaryFeb 28, 20261.0I called to this pharmacy on 2/28 at 9:08 a.m. and had a very upsetting experience with the pharmacist, Shalena. I called because I realized medication from my previous pickup was missing. That alone was stressful, as I rely on my prescriptions for my health and stability. When I provided the name of the medication that was missing, the pharmacist responded with “of course” and said it was the medicine that was “messing” with me. The tone felt dismissive and judgmental. I left the conversation feeling embarrassed and sad. As a patient, I expect compassion and professionalism, especially when discussing something as serious and personal as my medication. Instead of feeling reassured, I felt like my concerns were minimized. The pharmacy did say they would recount the medication and review security footage, which I appreciate. However, how patients are spoken to matters just as much as correcting the issue. I hope this location takes concerns like this seriously and works to ensure patients feel respected and supported moving forward.
