- DGDavid Guttman2 days ago1.0Fong Mi, the pharmacy manager, is patronizing and rude. Her service is horrible compared to other HEB pharmacies I’ve been to. I would not recommend coming here. Go to Melissa instead. They are much friendlier. If Fong Mi has a question, she should speak respectfully to her customers. I find her to be incredibly problematic and am shocked at the service she is allowed to provide in this otherwise wonderful HEB location.

I have a ton of different medications and conditions to deal with and HEB prosper pharmacy makes getting my medications one less stressor to worry about. I haven't found any other pharmacy as great as them.

The text updatesthat I get over my phone, take the guessing of when the prescriptions are completed. I am never excited to fill perscriptions but at least I know when I do I have an amazing team at HEB that will take care of me.
