- MMMahatab MohinFeb 27, 20261.0The Chinese lady (sorry I don’t know her name) shows attitude when talking with customers. I had her two times, both times she showed attitude and seems not willing to answer any questions. She shows get it or leave it type attitude. It was a very nice pharmacy from the opening, I moved my entire family’s prescription to there from CVS. But now I need to reconsider it if I see that attitude again. We or our insurance pay for the medication, it is not a service you provide us.

- DGDavid GuttmanNov 22, 20251.0Fong Mi, the pharmacy manager, is patronizing and rude. Her service is horrible compared to other HEB pharmacies I’ve been to. I would not recommend coming here. Go to Melissa instead. They are much friendlier. If Fong Mi has a question, she should speak respectfully to her customers. I find her to be incredibly problematic and am shocked at the service she is allowed to provide in this otherwise wonderful HEB location.
