I love working out at Windsong Club Pilates! The studio is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Every class is a great workout and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. The instructors are truly exceptional. Ashley M. brings such great energy and clear instruction to every class. Kara is incredibly encouraging and always makes sure everyone feels confident with the movements. Megan is fantastic at helping you focus on form and getting the most out of each exercise. And Katlin creates such a supportive, motivating atmosphere that makes the classes both challenging and fun. Highly recommend this studio!

I attended CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 with Dessria through ClassPass and wanted to share my experience. During the session, I briefly checked my phone due to a personal matter. Dessria reminded me to put it away, which I understand is part of studio policy. However, the reminders and tone felt more corrective than instructional, which made the interaction uncomfortable in a group setting. At the end of class, when returning equipment, I placed the jump board back incorrectly. Dessria corrected me, which I appreciate, though the delivery again felt more directive than supportive. I also noticed a difference in how ClassPass participants were addressed compared to studio members, which contributed to feeling less comfortable overall. I respect the importance of studio standards and instructor guidance. However, the overall communication style during this class made the experience less positive than expected. I hope this feedback is helpful in ensuring all clients feel equally welcome and comfortable.

I was excited to try Club Pilates and signed up for their “free class,” expecting to get a feel for the workout. However, it was not a real class—just a 20-minute introduction to the machine and basic positions. That would have been fine if they had been upfront about it, but I left feeling like I didn’t actually experience what a real class would be like. I got more movement in my own warm-up at home. When it came time to discuss membership options, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I had to ask multiple clarifying questions just to understand their policies, as they didn’t provide any clear breakdown of pricing, commitments, or class rollover policies. For example, I learned only by asking that if I buy four classes per month, I must use them within that month or they disappear. No rollovers, no exceptions. I asked if there were any flexible options for people with unpredictable schedules, and the response was simply, “Nope, you’d lose it.” The lack of transparency felt like a red flag. To make matters worse, there’s a three-month commitment and a $100 cancellation fee if you want to stop your membership early—none of which was openly discussed unless you dig for answers. Also, they don’t post any pricing details online or in the studio, which makes it feel like they’re deliberately avoiding informed decision-making. On a positive note, the studio was very clean, the equipment was nice, and I liked the instructor. But overall, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. If I’m investing in fitness, I want a place that values its clients, not one that takes their money regardless of whether they get to use the classes they paid for. The “use it or lose it” model feels unfair, especially when life is unpredictable. Had they offered more flexibility, I might have considered joining. But as it stands, I won’t be signing up. Would not recommend unless you’re okay with rigid policies and zero flexibility.

Beware of their shady billing practices! They purposefully charge you and justify it with various excuses. One example— they falsely charge a no-show fee, claiming you didn’t check in. The front desk (Eva) insists you weren’t in class, and then Kristin backs it up, refusing a refund. When confronted, the manager (Haley) changes the reasoning, saying no-show charges are non-refundable. If you argue that you were in class, they blame a “check-in issue” but still refuse to refund. Haha- This seems like a pattern—they find different ways to charge small amounts from various members. Stay alert and don’t fall for their tactics! - Windsong CP
