- DDDonald Dutton4 days ago1.0The gym itself is like any other gym and has plenty of amenities, however trying to cancel membership is like doing surgery on yourself with nothing to deaden the pain. In order to cancel you must go to the gym when a manager is there. The manager is not always there. You must cancel before they put your account "on draft" 10 days before your membership is due. This is non refundable even if you have not checked into for 3 months prior. Which they track. Don't get trapped Update they posted on my comment with a broken link...a link that was supposed to allow me to view their scam, where's the negative number of stars button?

Yellow room equipment is rusty and leg curl machine has been broken for months, a stair master had been broken for weeks, a leg press machine had no back rest for weeks, and now men’s toilet has been broken over a week. I’m sure I’m missing some things, I hope it doesn’t get any worse I haven’t completed my home gym yet.

The staff was nice I suppose but what was disappointing is that they literally helped me sign up online... told me okay im good to go.. . Then nothing. Didn't give me a tour. Didn't show me where everything was located and how stuff worked in different areas. I was just left to figure it out. Pretty disappointing... was hoping to get shown around.
