- KKKaylene KingDec 23, 20252.0Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used. Waited 40 minutes today. Finally, when it was my turn I was told that my insurance wasn’t applied l. I provided my Cinga health insurance card. The employee told me she could not use it because it didn’t have a pin on it. I let her know I had a medical and dental card there is not a pharmacy card? I had to leave without my prescription because she could not apply Cinga health insurance.
- SHshannon heuermanDec 21, 20251.0The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time. When a doctor calls in a prescription you either have to go there in person or by phone for them to even fill it and wait close to an hour. Or when they say your prescription will be ready at a certain time it is never ready and still have to wait an hour. I waited in line today on the outside lane and they told me my prescription was glass and could not go through the tubes. I informed them my son had the flu and I could not go in so they said I could go to the other line with the window. I had to wait for another 8 cars 40 min after waiting in line the first time with a sick baby in the car. No apology or offer to bring it out and to top it off it was still not ready and had to be mixed and wait for a consultation. Please if you need prescriptions go to corpus Christi of aransas pass. Unacceptable and I will never go back.

If you call, they will lie to you and make wild claims about being able to apply a 50% discount and then tell you that isn't possible when you actually show up. Even made us call United to confirm that it is the pharmacy that isn't able to do their job. correctly.
