- HBHeather BurkettSep 20, 20251.095% of the time the customer service is HORRIBLE (1 lady up front is awful)! I get monthly refills and they are NEVER ready on time or even 3-5 days later. They also never take the time to run through my insurance so I end up paying out of pocket so I don't have to deal with them. I used another HEB while out of town and my prescriptions we're ready quickly for pick up and I didn't have to pay a dime.
