- KAKayla AlexanderSep 13, 20251.0Very disappointed in service. We have used HEB for a while now and the only reason is because they have flavor for the kids medicine. Me and my husband don’t ever get phone call saying our meds need to be refilled, if something is out of stock they don’t help find a store near by that does have it, if something got put back on the shelf and we call and ask to get it filled they say “ oh yea no problem and then takes days to refill. I go pick his meds up and call them in all the time and now all of a sudden they won’t speak to me about his medication. He works all the time so he can not speak for his self or he would. We will be switching pharmacies.
