- SBStuart BurrisNov 4, 20251.0I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff during my recent visit. The deli employee was handling meat and cheese while wearing only one plastic glove, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of customer service throughout the interaction. Another employee was bagging groceries while talking on her phone, appearing distracted and inattentive to how she was handling the items. She placed the bags carelessly in the cart, showing little regard for the customer’s experience. This visit left a very poor impression, and I regret to say that I will not be returning to this store unless there are clear improvements in staff training and customer service standards.

However since their new pharmacist Nick start working this place we went from best to worst! Three days ago, my doctor sent my blood pressure medication to Tom Thumb pharmacy. I was running out of my meds so, once I received the text from Pharmacy,I went there to pickup my medication.the staff in the pharmacy told me meds are not ready, even part they have text me to pick up my meds. finally I asked to talk to pharmacist hoping to locate my meds. The minute Nick came to counter. He was very confrontational and extremely unprofessional, rather than ask me, what is the problem he was rude , before checking the computer to see my medication is ready or not. finally, he checked the computer on.FOUND IT . I am moving my meds to market Street after 25 years and I will not spend any penny in this store.
