  JaBria, my lab tech, was professional yet warm. I am a difficult draw but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable -- I was completely confident that my care was most important to her. I appreciated her technical abilities balanced with her bedside manner. I never thought I'd say thank you for a wonderful blood draw experience!

  Had to do same test 3 times because of the diagnostic center mistakes. And no one cared to reach out to fix the errors. I had to follow up with them to identify the errors and get it fixed. On top of that the supervisor there would talk rudely instead of accepting mistakes and apologizing.

  I checked in by mobile phone online 10 minutes before a noon appointment. At noon, my name was NOT called but it was removed from the list on the monitor in the waiting area. After 5 minutes I approached another staff person asking about this. He said my name was called but that was a lie. Your staff simply didn't call me because the name is "too difficult" to read! It is also ethnocentric in the extreme to make no effort to read a patient's name and it denies me healthcare simply because it inconveniences your staff to say my name. I am tired of this behavior -- I guess only "Ken" and "Karen" are acceptable easy names?
