  In this place long waits and understaffed facilities & Facilities that feel poorly managed or chaotic and also they are not understanding someone is emergency and more the 65 years old! My experience at Quest Diagnostics was extremely disappointing due to both staff behavior and the condition of the facility. From the moment I arrived, we stand more then 2 hours and after 3 time coming to this place every time fined some excuse to not doing our exam. The staff and one person her name is (Ana) Also, due to monopoly in lab testing industry the quest dominates to make it own rules on customers. Unfortunately

  Very efficient and easy to use Quest diagnostics. Only comment I would have is that depending on which facility you go to then they may not have a rest room or water in case you need to drink more water for your test. Aside from that I received excellent service from Quest.

  It's hard for me to get used to the kiosk entry checking. I would prefer a personal touch because sometimes you may have a question. Its efficient and impersonal and feels like a cattle sale..herd them in and herd them out! However I am sure their pocketbook are happy! Impossible to be on waiting list. I drove to a location 3 x times and could not get in and ultimately made an appointment on a Saturday morning to complete the task! Ultimately if you get in the staff that do the procedures are kind and gentle. I had a good experience with staff in 2 sepatate locations and that is what was important!

  Came in as a walk in on a Saturday(my fault, should have made an appointment), waited two hours and got told at the last minute that they wouldn’t be able to see any of us. They should have been upfront and not accepted any walk ins.

  Worse service ever had my 1 year old get a blood test and they were so rude you could tell they got stressed over my baby crying like a normal 1 year old would, wouldn’t recommend ever
