  Amazing, huge selection of frames for the whole family! I found the perfect petite fit frames from the largest selection I'd seen anywhere. Dawn was very helpful and patient. My new glasses were ready quickly and I love them! I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision location at 1713 Preston Rd.

  Did not receive the warmest welcome. There is an independent optometrist. However, I thought that I would see a Pearle Vision optometrist. I had a question as to an agreement that I was asked to sign and did not receive the warmest customer service from the optometrist who appeared visibly taken aback. The front desk receptionist was pretty rude. I felt uneasy and left.

  I was so very pleased with the customer service I received by the staff especially Tare, I walked in not knowing what to expect and had all my questions answered plus received help picking out the PERFECT frame! Once again, thank you to the staff!

  Wow! Best selection of glasses that I have seen in the area. The new owners have made this place awesome!
