  No doubt the most unorganized place I have ever attempted to use. I made an appointment over a month ago to have some needed work done. I provided my insurance and received a day and time for the procedure. The next day they were calling me to get my insurance information. Again, I provided it. The day before my appointment, I received another call asking for my insurance information. I texted them that I had already given it to them several times! At that point I canceled my appointment. OMG how many times do I need to give it to you? A month passed and I still need the work done. So AGAIN I called on Friday March 27, 2026 to try and schedule the procedure. On Monday March 30, 2026 I received a call from the same lady as before. She told me she needed to verify the insurance coverage (at least they now have it) but the person who deals with the insurance companies was at lunch. She then told me she would call me back so we could set up my appointment. Well.....as of today, April 11, 2027 I still have not heard back from them! If you don't want my freaking business, just say so! On the other hand, maybe that's exactly what they are doing! Unbelievable

  This office is incredible. The front desk team deserves a special shoutout!! they are warm, welcoming, and extremely efficient. No long waits, no confusion, just smooth and professional service from start to finish. They make what could be a stressful appointment feel easy and comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Had the best experience here! The office was so clean, the staff was AMAZING, and the play area for the kiddos was such a bonus! Addison was mine and my son’s hygienist and she was wonderful! Very thorough cleaning and was so patients and sweet with my 3 year old son!

  This place is amazing. This was my favorite dentist experience ever. I was amazed at how well they took care of me. I told them I was leaving the country soon, but they didn’t have any openings before then. So they kept me in the loop on cancellations and worked me in. When you arrive, they give you tour of the whole place and then give you a dry erase board with a long list of amenities so you can select what you want to make you more comfortable. Incredible service. Addison, the dental hygienist, was so patient and kind and did an amazing job. Dr. Hillstrom actually took time to get to know me and answer my questions. From the first call to the end of the visit, I felt like a queen. Highly recommend!
