Really professional and friendly. Lost a nose pad and needed a replacement, but they didn’t have any for my brand. They did a replacement nose pad instead and was free of charge. Even gave me a recommendation on where I can most likely find a replacement.

Rony was seriously the best part of my experience here. He made everything feel so smooth and effortless, and I never once felt confused or overwhelmed. He’s not only super helpful, but also such a happy, positive person—it honestly made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he really cares and takes pride in what he does. If you come here, definitely ask for Rony!

Thank you so much to Kim who took care of me when I needed my glasses cleaned and the screw tightened. She was incredibly kind and helpful!

Kim was fantastic. With this being my first pair glasses she helped with style and the correct lenses. I would highly recommend going in and asking for Kim.

Horrible experience! Very rude! Basically went three times to place one order/get clarification. First time waited extensively and when I was finally placing order their insurance portal was down. No problem, went next day, instead of running rayben frames through my insurance they ran burberry frames(never had been mentioned or tried these) and quoted $600+. Then assistant manager Hind jumped in, gave me 2 different quotes($11 and $50) with very little breakdown . Went to register thinking total was $50 but all of a sudden total jumped to $125? Was informed 125 was for polycarbonate as I have gotten polycarbonate in past and that’s what’s recommended… seemed like a steep jump. After doing some research on and wanting further clarification I went back. Assistant manger Hind was very rude and unprofessional. Felt brushed off, she was making weird/rude faces throughout, just very demeaning interaction overall. Do not recommend! Lack in customer service. Very little transparency regarding pricing. Please go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
