- BCBryan ClineFeb 25, 20261.0Honestly just go somewhere else. The pharmacy techs are nice, but the on staff pharmacist has horrible manners and zero people skills. Trying to get any information out of her was like pulling teeth and was very stone wallish about answering any questions I had. I've been to many pharmacies around the DFW area and never had any of them be this unhelpful, rude, or roll their eyes at me while I asked questions. If she hates her job so much she should find something else to do because it's appalling to have someone working in the last leg of the medical industry have that type of behavior considering that is the duty of a pharmacist, to answer questions and assist patients when they have issues with their medications.
- BBBobbyJul 16, 20241.0I don’t know if it’s me or if it’s them. Numerous times have I been told a script would be ready at this time or that. Come to find out it’s not even looked at or ready! Then I’m told it would be ready that day before 2. AGAIN come to find out it’s not even ready and I get some excuse. They use to be really good at their job. Now I really dread coming to get my scripts. It’s the closest to my house is the only reason I stay with them. Not to mention their attitudes. I get it that working with customers isn’t easy. Yet when I am understanding, the attitude isn’t appreciated. If I was giving attitude I could understand what I give I get back. This isn’t the case. They are just rude as….. Anyways the rest of Kroger is always awesome! Nice cashiers and staff. Just not at the pharmacy! That’s for sure!!!!

UPDATE: I have had dozens and dozens of prescriptions filled here. That’s a LOT of data points to base my recommendation on.
