She helped with my prescription of course but she was nice enough to even help me with another item in addition to that! Thank you so much! You made my life a little easier this evening and I needed that small act of kindness!

- SJSusie JonesJun 4, 20221.0Worst Kroger pharmacy ever!! Horrible experiences with filling my prescriptions. I receive text messages that they are ready and go to pick up they don’t have it filled. They never contact me when they were out of certain medications. They give excuses that they are busy. EVERY pharmacy is busy it’s not an excuse when you call in your prescription on a Sunday and then go to pick up on Saturday to find out they were out of the prescription. Horrible customer service, horrible sarcastic employees!! I will never go back to this Kroger pharmacy or the grocery store! Hope someone steps in and changes this problem!
