I am currently waiting in the office this morning to speak with you in person regarding this matter.
This behavior is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as that of your office and its staff. Being given the runaround due to your office’s failure to complete required authorization work—work that should have been handled in advance—is not acceptable under any circumstances.
After making multiple attempts to resolve this issue appropriately, I was forced to come to the office in person. While there, I experienced additional unprofessional conduct that further escalated the situation. The receptionist walked away to the back of the office while making comments about me being rude, rather than addressing my concerns professionally or attempting to assist with a resolution.
Shortly thereafter, the office manager came out and engaged with me in a confrontational and inappropriate manner, including using dismissive gestures and an unprofessional tone that is wholly unacceptable in a medical environment. This conduct was disrespectful and escalatory, particularly given that the issue stemmed from the office’s own administrative failures.
No patient should be treated in this manner, especially when the situation is the direct result of the office not doing its job, and not for the first time.
I am here this morning expecting accountability, a clear explanation of how this failure occurred, and a prompt resolution. I also expect an explanation as to why repeated calls to the office went unanswered and why staff members responded with unprofessional behavior when I attempted to address an error caused by your team
Stayed on hold for FORTY-FIVE minutes waiting for the Front Desk to pick up to schedule an appointment. That should be unacceptable. The office manager needs to look into this, because it's inefficient and just plain...rude.
Get ready for 45 min hold time to schedule a simple appointment. Their portal doesn't allow for an appointment request either.
Front desk is incompetent and rude. So very very rude.

First and foremost Dr. Dao is my hero and saved me after an AFIB RVR in 2018 and continuously has been providing me with phenomenal heart care.
Now let's talk about why all the great staff left and who did all the new hiring. Check in was mediocre.
The black lady who called me back to be seated for Dr. Dao was rude, unprofessional and had an attitude.
Check out was professional as always I know that lady has been there for a couple of years.
The door behind her had a couple of loud staff and one was picking her teeth.
I've been a West Plano resident for 30 years and personally expect a higher standard of staff in the medical field.
I hope things change before my next appointment.
