  We completed a mobile windshield replacement for a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder at this location. The installation was performed correctly, and the vehicle was delivered in good condition with no issues reported at completion. Over a month after the service was completed and accepted, a payment dispute was filed regarding the same job. At that point, the issue raised was glass breakage, which is not related to installation workmanship. Automotive glass is subject to damage from external factors such as road debris, and this type of damage is not covered under labor-only warranty terms. It is important to note that no installation defects, leaks, or workmanship issues were ever reported. The claim presented occurred well after completion and acceptance of the service. Attempting to dispute payment long after a completed and accepted service, without evidence of workmanship failure, is not consistent with standard service practices. We remain professional and transparent in all transactions and encourage clear understanding of warranty coverage and service terms at the time of service.

  It is so rewarding going into an establishment and then upon leaving to realize how coddled each office staff interaction made me feel. This visit was a consultation for me. I was referred to Dr. Field for a potential root canal and she patiently walked me through her analysis of my situation, and then her recommendation which turns out not being a RC. For many of us, going to a Dr. with a need generally isn't a pleasant experience, but from the professionalism and genuine care I received from Dr. Field and team, I will not hesitate if the need arises again.

  Dr. Ackerman is the best doctor I've been to. Professional, informative, and kind. I dont dread getting a root canal at this office. Everyone is fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would.

  Dr Ackerman and team, along with front office personnel, were professional, caring, and very friendly. It was amazing to watch how efficiently and effectively Dr Ackerman and her Assistant worked. I felt reassured that I had chosen a great office for my procedure. I highly recommend Field Endodontics!
