- RLRobert Lawson2 days ago1.0The Texas Board of Pharmacy needs to launch an investigation on the sheer incompetence of the staff, particularly the unlicensed technicians. The girl working the drive through at approximately 9:15 am on Saturday 1/10/26 showed that she has absolutely no knowledge of what she’s even doing there. She quoted me over an hour to fill; an inhaler (you literally slap the label on the box) 5 tablets of prednisone And promethazine-dm (she was so incompetent she thought this was the codeine version, which is a controlled substance and insisted it was in the safe and would take over an hour to open, nope this version isn’t controlled at all). Her lack of knowledge and dedication to arguing a point she is incorrect on is indicative that she will mess up numerous prescriptions in her pharmacy, and should absolutely begin looking for a career elsewhere. The kicker? The Tom Thumb up the road was able to transfer and fill them within 20 minutes.
