The deli employee was handling meat and cheese while wearing only one plastic glove, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of customer service throughout the interaction. Another employee was bagging groceries while talking on her phone, appearing distracted and inattentive to how she was handling the items. She placed the bags carelessly in the cart, showing little regard for the customer’s experience. This visit left a very poor impression, and I regret to say that I will not be returning to this store unless there are clear improvements in staff training and customer service standards.
