  brandy and mariah both were pleasant stretchers. I had one session brandy and two with mariah. they both did a great job with me. my hip flexors have be bothering me and thats what they worked on the most. mariah has definetly had me feelin like a pretzel since i had two sessions with her. when I move I will move to another stretchlab and continue with these type of sessions.

  Definitely give this place a try, especially if you’re tight, and don’t have full range of motion. There’s a flexologist here that I highly recommend … she listens to your body, and doesn’t do cookie cutter stretching, she’ll do what’s needed to make you feel better, much better! Mariah is an amazing human, and I sure hope everyone at this company knows this, they should consider modeling their company-wide training after her approach, she’s the best in class, 5/5 ⭐️’s!

  Shon was excellent, He got my stretch and my package set together quickly. He was very friendly and professional and I was impressed with his customer service. I came in sore after an intense training week, 50 minutes later Shon had me feeling fully recovered and ready to hit the ground running. I definitely recommend stretching for general recovery and flexibility.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. Decided to come here to specifically have a professional get more mobility out of my feet , toes , calf’s , forearms, hands, fingers. This was my main chef complaint when I had came in for my first stretch consultation. Was told I’ll have a full body stretch today but my stretchologist would focus on my main issues starting my first actual session. I was happy to pay for 3 sessions a week for 6 months at just under 6k. I never received anything that addressed my chief complaints the entire reason why i went there in the first place. A week before Christmas 2025 after only receiving 3 maybe 4 sessions of typical franchise corporate genetic one style of working on customers stretching basically it’s the same routine for everyone as far as how you will be stretched and what areas will be stretched. I get a phone call from the same lady that just sold me the 6 months package to purchase another 6 months. Golly I had to bite my tongue on that one. Grasping for straws to get sales at this point I never wanted to return with accepting the fact I got taken for almost 6k and to kiss that goodbye. Got a phone call late January from a new staff member saying lots of things have changed and I addressed my concern with my chief complaint was told they was going to focus on this. Unfortunately I wasted my time again as it was no different to the previous sessions I experienced. At this stage I’m just wanting half of my money back which I think is more the fair. Might have to address this to the medical board it’s not ethical their business practices with contracts. I do not want to return I have found a place in Keller that actually listen to my chief complaints and address them how they should. If you are looking for hip , back , shoulder stretches this is a good place for you. If you are looking at any other modality you will be extremely disappointed.

  StretchLab was awesome at our office today total win for the team. Lacressa stayed all day, crushing it with her calm, pro vibes. She listened super well, dialed in the perfect pressure, explained every move, and had people walking out loose and happy. Multiple coworkers said their necks and shoulders finally felt normal after being tight for months she was the all-day MVP. Kya rocked the first half with high energy and killer technique. She spotted hidden knots instantly, kept everything fun and light, and left folks standing taller, breathing deeper, and feeling refreshed right away. Shawn took over the second half super intuitive, zeroed in on tight spots in seconds, worked them out smoothly and chill. No awkwardness, just great results and relaxed chats. Everyone was buzzing: “I feel brand new,” “best 15 minutes ever,” “my back is actually happy,” “lower back relief for real,” “we need this every week.” Morale jumped big time people were smiling, chatting, and way less grumpy about desks. Shoutout to Lacressa (full-day legend), Kya (morning fire), and Shawn (afternoon closer) fantastic crew, 10/10 service.
