  Excellence in customer service is the standard at this location. The owners, Dawn and Jeff, are knowledgeable about their eyewear and assisted me in choosing the perfect frames for me. They also helped with my vision insurance coverage as well as assuring my prescription was aligned with my choice of frames. When they arrived, they made sure my frames were adjusted to my face and offered to make alterations, if needed. I have loved my Silhouette frames, with perfect fit sunshades, and will return to see Dawn and Jeff when I or a family member needs new glasses or contact lenses. Highly recommend this Pearle location😎

  Please don’t go here. I told the doctor over and over I couldn’t see with the contacts he gave me. He still let me walk out even though I was reading the wrong letters. I have never had that issue and never been diagnosed with different prescription in both eyes. (Ofc they charge more for this). The contacts he gave me were so uncomfortable. I told him this and. he says “just keep blinking” The front desk girl just hands you papers to sign with not explaining anything. Just be careful going here they obviously don’t have your best interest.

  If you want to be lied to & have the employee shake her head & roll your eyes at you- I can't recommend this place highly enough!

  I was so very pleased with the customer service I received by the staff especially Tare, I walked in not knowing what to expect and had all my questions answered plus received help picking out the PERFECT frame! Once again, thank you to the staff!
