  I am very disappointed. To begin, I transferred an Rx from another pharmacy.. The Rx was genetic Synthroid or Levothyroxine. I explained my physician instructed identical drug manufactures (Mylan). The pharmacy manager reported incorrectly it was not necessary. Rather than following directions, I was told my physician was not correct and the prescription was filled with another drug manufacture. Later when I returned and complained I was cold, she told me the dose was too high. Hypothyroidism makes one cold. Hyperthyroidism does not make one cold. I have hypothyroidism. I would expect a pharmacist to possess this knowledge. Regardless, this was outside her expertise. First, she did not follow simple instructions. Second, she told me my physician was incorrect. Third, I was instructed to have another blood test to determine my thyroid levels. The gall!!! She fails to follow my instructions and now I am to pay for another appointment and blood test. And, she is a dispenser of drugs. She is NOT a physician. And last, her customer service is deplorable. I would be looking for employment if I conducted myself as she did and provided incorrect information. I am disappointed to say the least.
