They are kind and the system always reminds me or tells me when my medications are ready, sadly I have transferred most medication to a Kroger closer to my new residence and am disappointed. I am never notified when my medication is ready, you would think it's the same system, and the staff is not nearly as kind or polite. I regret transferring my prescriptions.
