We both have long-term care policies purchased thirty years ago. After determining that he qualified to begin using his policy, I interviewed three local services and chose Home Instead. We have been using their services for more than seven months now and are very pleased. It is apparent that they work hard to match employee and client since, of the half dozen or so we have been assigned since last summer, most have been satisfactory and at least two or three have been outstanding. By that, I mean they have immediately fit into our home environment and what we need in the way of help in caring for both our home and the family in it. It is important to me to have help that does not have to be instructed in every detail but knows from experience what to do. Home Instead, through their interviews of prospective clients, does a great matching job to ensure that both client and employee are satisfied.
