  I had an appointment today with Margaret Woodley, PA-C and Dr. John E. Reuter. M.D., F.A.C.C. They are 2 of the most caring people! I am so glad I chose HeartPlace Plano! Also, the staff were very detailed and accurate in helping me pre register for the appointment and attentive. Thank you!

  We had an appointment at 1230. It’s now almost 2p. We checked in and registered at the hospital and waiting. We finally asked what’s going on and the lady then tells us they don’t have an order … receptionist checked us in then we registered and then they are telling us no order. We came from almost 45 mins away took time off from work. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this incompetent place to anyone

  I have received the best care from doctor Smith, doctor Afzal and doctor Nazeer. Also the staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

  Dr Reuter is excellent. He listens carefully and responds to all of my concerns, always including me in the therapeutic plan. Results are promptly received.

  Horrible experience with front office staff. Kat and Jennifer were extremely rude. The “stress test” at this heart facility is dealing with them.
