Dr. Fitzgerald was so gracious and the staff was extremely concerned about my comfort during the x rays as I had a serious break in my last molar which has resulted in much pain. Dr. Fitzgerald referred me to a dental surgeon and made a copy of my x rays to take to the surgeon. This practice puts an emphasis on the details - from the attitude of the Staff to the ambience in the waiting room (Mon Dieu ..they even have current magazines!) I'll be back after the oral surgery to resume routine care. Thank you Dr. Fitzgerald and Staff

They were incredibly patient and professional during the entire process of implanting 10 full caps on my top teeth. After an accident I was dealing with badly damaged veneers, including broken and impacted front teeth. Dr. Fitzgerald and his team were great at guiding me through the several week process of repairing as much damage as possible before restoring my entire smile with a complete set of caps for my top teeth. 13 + years later I continue to receive compliments on my smile and people are still shocked when I tell them that they are caps! I continue to see the team for my yearly cleaning and check-ups even when I live across the country. I will always be grateful to Dr. Lee Fitzgerald, office coordinator Mrs. Laura and the group of fantastic medical professionals at the Forte Implant Center.
